Duties
Serve as Logistics Plans Specialist responsible for reviewing, coordinating, monitoring and providing interface with staff counterparts from other service components and other Army Service Component Commands.
Provides top-level logistics planning continuity in the review and development of long-range plans and concepts, contingency plans and Operation Plans.
Reviews, develops and directs U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) G-4 input and logistical requirements for the Army Campaign Plan (ACP) to build a campaign-capable, joint and expeditionary Army within the Army Transformation effort.
Plans and executes Force Stabilization manning initiatives to fulfill operational commitments.
Monitors day-to-day ongoing Army USARPAC logistics planning activities and prepares coordination documents/information papers and presents briefings as requested.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- This position is designated as Drug Testing Required. Incumbent is subject to random urinalysis testing in accordance with DA guidelines. Incumbent must complete DA 5019.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience with providing input to Operational Plans (OPLANS); Integrating Logistics Capabilities into Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD); preparing executive level decision briefings; and participate and lead multi-functional plans teams. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
