About the Position: Serve as a Branch Chief Program Manager, Ordnance and Explosives Directorate, Chemical Warfare Materiel Design Center, responsible for the vertical and horizontal integration of products to manage the assigned programs for the Center.

Duties

Management responsibilities involve projects/programs requiring substantial chemical warfare materiel, military munitions, ranges, and environmental technical effort. Provide leadership in establishing and maintaining effective management processes and a work environment conducive to effective integration of technical function. Assure that corporate goals are established for schedule, cost, scope, and budget in the Program Management Plan (PMP). Assist in preparation, compilation, review, analysis, and submission of all program data required for the Center's program budget and business plan. Supervise a staff of project managers, administrative personnel, and support team members.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • TDY requirement of up to 20%.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450%.
  • Agency requires drug test for designated position.
  • Position requires a Secret Security clearance.
