The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst, providing program and project management support to assigned NNSA facility operation and modernization activities to deliver infrastructure requirements in support of a revitalized enterprise and mission objectives. The incumbent provides administrative support, technical advice, and direction of infrastructure programs at NNAS's sites.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower NNSA Demonstration Project pay band or GS grade level in the Federal service, i.e., NQ-02 or GS-12. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Experience providing program and project management support to facility modernization activities to deliver requirements that efficiently and safely revitalize the enterprise and meet mission objectives.
Experience developing options to reduce the cost of achieving modernization goals through the identification and analysis of alternative risks, scope, schedule, and costs.
Experience analyzing and evaluating project performance data (on a quantitative or qualitative bases); researching and leading implementation of new or improved management practices for application across programs or operations; developing new or modified program execution goals and objectives; recommending changes or improvements in organization, program integration.
Experience providing administrative and technical support and program oversight of sophisticated and technologically advanced infrastructure programs

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
