This position is part of the Department of Energy, Office of the Inspector General, Office of Cyber Assessments and Data Analytics. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will support inspection operations at various field sites under the CADA Project Lead, CADA Team Leader, CADA Director, the Deputy Assistant Inspector General for CADA, and the Assistant Inspector General for CADA.

- This position is a drug testing designated position and is subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.
- Must obtain and maintain a L security clearance.
- Will be required to participate in the Direct Deposit Electronics Funds Transfer Program.
Qualifications
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for the GS-13 Grade Level is defined as: one full year of specialized experience that is at least equivalent in difficulty and complexity to work performed at the GS-12 grade level. Specialized experience is technical data analytics related expertise in working with teams to develop data-driven solutions, products and definitions that address program and business challenges. This experience must include:
1) Create and maintain visualizations using visualization software (e.g., Power BI).
2) Translate data analyses into meaningful, easily understood communications.
3) Conduct data analytics to test hypotheses, predict outcomes, and inform decisions.
4) Consult with stakeholders to meet business requirements.
