About the Position: Serve as a Civilian Human Resources Specialist for the Assistant Secretary of the Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs. The position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Duties

Prepare and present briefings, meetings, speeches, etc. regarding Career Program Management principles/objectives. Design and implement workforce training for various stakeholders. Create individual development plans, competencies and associated training/mentoring. Represent the command at inter-agency meeting to promote Career Program policy development and implementation. Independently conduct studies, complete projects and assess organizational progress towards meeting program goals/objectives. Complete civilian workforce management policy reviews when requested by Army, DoD and other agencies.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: ComplianceInterpersonal SkillsWorkforce Development Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
