Duties

As the Privatization Management and Program Analyst, assumes the overall responsibility of financial oversight of Residential Community Liaison Office (RCLO). Provides technical and administrative support of the Portfolio and Asset Management elements to help the Army fulfill its responsibilities to provide quality housing revitalize communities and ensure sound fiscal management of privatized housing. Develops recommendations for overall program management plans, goals and objectives maintaining cognizance of progress toward their accomplishments.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
