You will serve as the SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (DIVISION CHIEF-BUSINESS OPERATIONS) with the Naval Criminal Investigative Service.
All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

Duties
You will develop, manage and implement project plans (such as communications plan, scope management plan, time management plan, work breakdown structure, risk plan, budget plan and procurement plan).
You will solve problems or directs corrective actions when necessary.
You will design or conduct analytical assessments, cost-benefit analyses, or other research in order to provide leadership with recommendations.
You will evaluate, monitor, or ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures related to purchases or contracts for information technology services, equipment, products, supplies, property, or other items.
You will direct and/or perform continuing program execution review, analysis and appraisal of the major operating and support programs within the organization.
You will prepare briefs for senior managers on program execution and provides recommendations to correct program variances or problem areas.
You will ensure policies, plans, and procedures for budget formulation, execution, financial reporting, and administrative accounting are in accordance with NCIS policies.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Experience approving the scope of projects, project requirements, and project deliverables. - Experience developing, managing and implementing project plans (such as communications plan, scope management plan, time management plan, work breakdown structure, risk plan, budget plan and procurement plan).
