About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst working under the general supervision of the G5, Manpower and Force Analysis Division, performing the full spectrum of planning, executing and reviewing management & manpower management functions.

Duties

Collaborate with staff to update the Table Distribution Allowances (TDA) to reflect mission and manpower variations. Conduct manpower management analysis to aid in the development of force structure changes. Manage manpower and equipment authorization data to ensure request are processed in a timely manner. Use an authorization system (i.e., Army Manpower Management and Equipment Authorization Systems) to ensure authorizations are in accordance with local and federal guidance. Recommend the distribution of manpower and equipment authorizations based upon workload requirements, higher headquarters guidance, and available funding. Review program operation methods to recommend required modifications.
