You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Total Force Manpower Division of HDQTRS NDW.
Duties
You will Interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, principles, standards, and procedures to program and management analysis activities (e.g., performing investigations, inquires, reviews).
You will recommend corrective action for improving processes or procedures.
You will create process improvement initiatives for a program.
You will interpret and analyze statistical reports using multiple systems.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Analyze data to provide leadership needed information to determine organizational productivity and make recommendations to improve productivity; 2) Analyze data to provide leadership with quality information to make decisions on workforce utilization; 3)Conducts annual assessments to provide data on work and performance; 4) Develops performance metrics and analyzes data to measure program effectiveness; 5) Collects and analyzes pertinent organizational data

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Have successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Have successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree
OR
Have successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
