Serves as a Field Project Focal at a Field Maintenance Program (FMP) Center.

Duties

Incumbent applies broad experience and advanced technical knowledge to develop new or innovative concepts and approaches to systems. programs. and policies for broad and challenging work activities. Evaluates the functional status of systems and facilities. Oversees the logistics portion of construction/installation projects by working with the contracting officer on contractual issues.

Requirements

US Citizenship is required.
Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents).
Designated or Random Drug Testing required.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position at the FV-H you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS 11 level of experience. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is coordinating construction/installation activities with engineers. Work with others to help resolve construction delays and concerns with construction or installation work.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
