About the Position: Located at the Army Sustainment Command (ASC), Packaging, Storage, and Containerization Center (PSCC) which is recognized as DoD's leader and first choice offering logistics solutions for packaging, storage & distribution challenges facing today's Soldier and improves and sustains Army Readiness across the Enterprise.
Duties
Purchase all supplies and stocks for the Packaging, Storage and Containerization Center (PSCC).
Review hand receipt listings against master inventory files for accuracy and/or accountability.
Processing and/or reviewing statements of accounts and/or billing account statements.
Prepare and/or review reports and/or office correspondence for accuracy to route to the appropriate office.
Monitor contract progress and/or analyze contract performance or funding to ensure requirements are met
Ensure procurements are in compliance with Federal regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and/or local guidelines.
Administer the Government Credit Card Program (GPC) using automated software programs.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications for routine administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the employee to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of up to 10% of the time.
- This position will require the employee to occasionally lift heavy items weighing up to 35 pounds and in work areas other than well lit office areas.
- Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary, the employee can be terminated with limited appeal rights.

GS-07:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Processing purchase requests in support of an office and/or mission requirements; (2)) Utilizing automated systems and/or databases that support administrative operations, supply management and/or finance systems; AND (3) Editing office documents and/or technical reports to ensure proper format and/or accuracy. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-05).

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or another related field of study. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
- OR -
Superior Academic Achievement: Successful completion of all the requirements for a bachelor's degree with Superior Academic Achievement. In order to be creditable under this provision, Superior Academic Achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled, such as that identified in Education above. Superior Academic Achievement is based on:
(1) Class Standing - Applicants must be in the upper third of the graduating class in the college, university, or major subdivision, such as the College of Liberal Arts or the School of Business Administration, based on completed courses (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.); OR
(2) Grade-Point Average (G.P.A.) - Applicants must have a grade-point average of either (a) 3.0 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B" or better) as recorded on your official transcript, or as computed based on 4 years of education, or as computed based on courses completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum; or (b) 3.5 or higher out of a possible 4.0 ("B+" or better) based on the average of the required courses completed in the major field or the required courses in the major field completed during the final 2 years of the curriculum (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.); OR

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
GS-09:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) Processing purchase requests in support of an office and/or mission requirements; (2) Utilizing automated systems and/or databases that support supply management and/or finance systems such as: General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and/or the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP); (3) Editing office documents and/or technical reports to ensure grammatical accuracy; AND (4) Creating, reviewing, and/or uploading contract documentation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-07).
- OR -
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Management, or another related field of study. - OR -
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
