About the Position: Serves as the principal assistant for the Directorate of Human Resources (DHR) in the Directorate of Human Resources, U.S. Army Garrison Fort Leonard Wood, MO.

Duties

Provide managers/supervisors with briefings and data on a wide variety of actions, issues, problems, and questions that affect the organizations employees Maintain supervisor calendar and schedule appointments and conferences. Review information and data provided to the Adjutant General in support of proposed workforce management actions. Serve as the Directorate of Human Resources' point of contact and liaison with the local Civilian Personnel Advisory Center in coordinating workforce matters that have organizational wide application. Monitor the accomplishment of employee management activities within the organization.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Human Resources or Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages.
