About the Position: This position is located within the Directorate of Resource Management at Naval Medical Center, San Diego, California. Position maybe filled at the GS-07 level, with promotion potential to the full performance GS-09 level or filled at the full performance GS-09 level.

Duties

Maintain a variety of database information. Develop system-wide process improvement plans with stakeholders. Provide client support to clinic personnel on proper processing procedures.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE GS-07: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes assisting with administrative and assessment duties for safe delivery of health care services; assisting the organization in the evaluation of health care processes; and assisting with ensuring program compliance with directives, regulations, and policies. OR Education: Successfully completed of one full academic year of graduate-level education with a major study in hospital administration, public health administration, or related fields such as business or public administration with course work in health care administration. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Successfully completed all the requirements for a bachelor's degree and am claiming Superior Academic Achievement. In order to be creditable under this provision, Superior Academic Achievement must have been gained in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled, such as that identified in B above.
