Duties
As a Supervisory Shared Services Specialist you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversees the Supply Chain Point of Contact in the performance of research and analysis regarding group and managed items on readiness for a wide range of logistical support functions in support of both Customer and Supplier Operations
Supervises the performance of other positions performing other analytical functions to include performance analysis, internal supply, systems/TAS0, training and personnel services.
Communicates the organizations strategic plan, mission, vision and values to the team and integrates them into the teams' strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
Develops administrative process improvements of business operations to which includes staffing metrics, resource allocations and production.
Manages financial resources associated with specific supply chain and works closely with their supply chain comptroller or business analyst in executing detachment and approved resources.
Manages a variety of programs; emergency notification system, key and essential emergency personnel, COOP (Continuity of Operations Plan).

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory Shared Services Specialist, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Communicating through written communication and discussions with customers.
Advises on proposed reorganizations and/or realignment of functions and staffing level changes.
Coordinates with appropriate groups/offices/directorates to obtain data and information.
Conduct fact findings research and analyzes information.
Experience with managing human resources and applying staffing rules and regulations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
