About the Position: The office is located in downtown Omaha, NE, near the Missouri River and the city's wide array of parks, museums, historic sites, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

Duties

Assists the Division Administrative Officer in the development and maintenance of staffing plans and goals, and with input to measurement charts, resource management spreadsheets, data collection, and other management tools. Drafts or assists administrative staff members in the development of policies and procedures related to administrative procedures. Composes and prepares a variety of correspondence, reports, records, briefing materials, and statistical and narrative material required to support the organizational mission. Uses database or spreadsheet applications to enter, revise, sort and retrieve data for reports; and uses graphic software to provide charts and graphs. Ensures all required documentation and information is included before routing actions. Prepares memoranda, prints certificates, arranges for framing, and presentation of awards.
