You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the PLANS, POLICIES, AND OPERATIONS (DC PP &O), Marine Liaison Office of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will serve as the primary Marine Corps Service Component representative to USSTRATCOM on matters related to personnel administrative support and fiscal related functions to support the assigned Marines and civilians at the command.
You will plan, organize, and oversee the activities of the Support Directorate, ensuring the Management Support Services and Programs are properly executed.
You will manage over $65K in Operations and Maintenance budget as the command's Responsible Officer.
You will review and prepare documents related to military justice, investigation, grievance, and legal administrative matters.
You will ensure that actions have been authorized through such documents as Functional Transfer of Work Functions.
You will evaluate the command staffing requirements and analyze task functions to determine manpower resource requirements.
Requirements

- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Developing, analyzing or improving the efficiency and effectiveness of command personnel and administrative operations, work methods and procedures; and civilian and manpower utilization, distribution of work functions and assignments fiscal and budgetary control and certification.
