The Management and Program Analyst/Compensation Specialist supports the compensation and performance management programs by providing full compensation and total rewards services to a variety of FAA customers.
Duties
The Management and Program Analyst is a recognized subject matter expert in complex compensation and rewards service assignment under the minimal direction of the Director or executive. Is the principal Analyst and contributor on large work activities or team lead to define and direct challenging projects/programs/ and work activities. Plans time. Identifies, plans, and organizes available resources to accomplish projects/programs/work activities. Makes optimal use of resources to complete work assignments/activities within established schedules.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-I, FG/GS-13 level. This experience is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.Specialized experience is defined as: Experience using spreadsheet tools, such as Tableau or Excel, to include vLookups, Pivot Tables, and develop complex formulas. ANDExperience managing and calculating incentive and base pay increase programs. ANDExperience in project planning. ORExperience developing financial models and analysis of pay. ORExperience in designing and implementing compensation programs.You should include relevant examples of the specialized experience in your work history.
