About the position: This position will be assigned to the Community/ITT (The Spot) at Moody AFB. Guaranteed 0 hours, but may work up to 40 hours per week. Performs and/or assists other recreation assistants or specialists in the operation and maintenance of indoor and/or outdoor recreational facilities. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
Duties
Duties include but are not limited to the following: Setting up for and assisting with recurring group activities such as classes, clubs, special events, outreach, competitive games and events, and self-directed leisure. transportation, or other matters related to activities scheduled; takes inventory of authorized recreation supplies and equipment; and helps with group activities which require more than one staff monitor, performing specifically assigned tasks. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifying Experience:
Have practical knowledge of recreational activities, rules, and procedures. Ability to safeguard and handle cash and skill in the use and maintenance of various recreational equipment and facilities are desirable; however, no experience is required.
