About the position: This position will be assigned to the Swimming Pool at Moody AFB. Guaranteed 0 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. Must be experienced in knowledge of swimming activities, rules, procedures, equipment, and maintenance of various pools. Must possess current valid and nationally recognized certifications for water rescue methods, instructor certification, and First Aid/CPR for adults and infants. Must be able to workdays, nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to the following: Serving as the subject matter expert in aquatics. Responsible for the operation of the aquatics program, formulate procedures, and conducts classes on various types of aquatics. Works in conjunction with the American Red Cross in providing swim and water safety lessons and instructions. Provides a safe aquatic environment for patrons and staff.
