You will serve as a Deputy, Enlisted Operations in the Marine Corps Recruiting Command of USMC RECRUITING COMMAND.

Duties

You will supervise and provide the highest level of policy expertise and technical advisory regarding the enlistment of individuals for service in the Marine Corps and the Marine Corps Reserve You will supervise, manage, plan, and oversee daily operations of Enlisted Recruiting and serve as the total force policy expert on a broad range of military enlisted recruiting areas both active and reserve You will use analytical techniques to determine quality and efficiency of current military Enlisted recruiting and accession processes and make recommendations for continuous process improvements. You will provide specialized knowledge and expertise of all facets of Marine Corps recruiting and to oversee aspects of enlisted recruiting operations

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position is eligible for situational telework.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
