You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS DIRECTORATE, ADVANCED PROGRAMS OFFICE of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, located in Port Hueneme, CA.
Duties
You will function as the Division representative for all Physical Security (PHYSEC) matters regarding Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP).
You will ensure the Division remains in compliance with PHYSEC policies.
You will serve as the Lead member of the PHYSEC teams for both the Special Security Office (SSO) and Advanced Programs Support Office (APSO).
You will provide daily oversight to the priorities, taskings, and assist the Command SSO with the overall management of the PHYSEC programs at multiple geographic locations.
You discover compliance issues and execute "get well" plans to update the PHYSEC program and get it back into compliance.
Requirements

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing guidance for Physical Security (PHYSEC) matters regarding Special Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP) for an organization.
