You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (Workforce Development & Relations) in the Staff Services Division of COMMANDER US PACIFIC FLEET.
Duties
You will advise senior executive management officials, supervisors, and employees on civilian and military workforce development program policies, regulatory requirements and procedures.
You will administer the Workforce Development and Leadership Development programs for the USPACFLT HQ staff.
You will evaluate and assesses the effectiveness of the Command training program; partners with the servicing HRO to arrange for the execution of training.
You will serve as the principal HQ subject matter expert to implement DOD's performance management system within the HQ staff.
You will provide advice and assistance to managers, supervisors and employees on setting clear performance expectations and developing plans.
You will manage the Incentive Awards Board, boarding process, to event coordinator for awards.
You will develop the awards budget in accordance with applicable guidance and manages the budget execution.
You will provide guidance and manages HQ Quality of life programs, including Telework/Remote Work and Health and Wellness.
You will provide guidance, monitors and liaisons with the HRO on all matters pertaining to Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP), FMLA, PPL, etc.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing efficiency and productivity to resolve problems, recommend changes or improvements in support of workforce development, performance management or awards programs.
