You will serve as Supervisory Administrative/Technical Specialist in the Spectrum Warfare Systems Department, Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division, Product Support Branch of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC).
This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10 (currently $134,435).
Duties
You will provide supervision and oversight of the Product Support Section.
You will ensure the Product Support Section is in alignment with the strategic plan of the Product Support Branch in order to meet Electronic Warfare (EW) focus area goals/objective.
You will oversee day to day operations of Product Support within the Branch.
You will identify metrics to measure quality and schedule for deliverables and take appropriate corrective actions to resolve systemic issues.
You will provide leadership and represent the Division in Model Based Product Support.
You will evaluate subordinate supervisors and staff personnel, recommending discipline, awards, promotions and other personnel.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analytical product support and logistics operations (e.g., Acquisition/In-Service Engineering, Software Support Activity) to ensure life cycle technical leadership support for a naval electronic warfare program.

Education
Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum of five (5) years of Government or Contractor experience is desired.
