Duties

You will serve as the Deputy Scientific and Technical Intelligence Liaison Officer (STILO) directly supporting the Chief STILO for NAVWARSYSCOM, PEO-C4I, PEO Space Systems, PEO-MLB, PEO-Digital, and NIWC Pacific. You will assist the NAVWAR/NIWC Pacific Controlled Access Program Control Officer (CAPCO) who is responsible for managing this critical intelligence program You will screen/triage all initial requests for STILO support, Requests for Intelligence (RFIs) and methods for interacting/coordinating with the US Intelligence Community (IC) . You will provide reports or classified products to acquisition Programs of Record (PORs), RDT/E projects, and leadership decisions. You will be the liaison with internal and external customers across a broad spectrum of government organizations, military commands, and private industry. You will Identify and analyze problems, weigh relevance, accuracy of information, and validity of Intelligence.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• Generally, current Federal employees applying for STRL jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and stated in your resume

Qualifications

NO-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Manage the acquisition intelligence requirements for the command by delegating resources to apply the processes, policies and procedures pertaining to acquisition intelligence and coordinating with the Intelligence Community on these requirements. NO-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assist in managing the acquisition intelligence requirements for the command by applying the processes, policies and procedures pertaining to acquisition intelligence and coordinating with the Intelligence Community on these requirements.
