About the Position: This is a permanent position as a Training Specialist (Army Watercraft Operations)with the U.S. Army Trans Corps Regiment & School, Training Development Office, Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia.

Duties

Perform, manage Job and Individual Task Analysis, and Critical Tasks Site Selection Boards for the 88K (Watercraft Operator) and 88L (Watercraft Engineer) MOSs and establishes valid training requirements for Skill Level 10-40. Apply analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) process for designing and developing Army courses. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidance, identification of critical tasks, approval, and use of task analysis data as the foundation of training. Develop Course Administrative Data (CADs), Programs of Instruction (POI), Training Support Packages, lesson plans, tests, and practical exercises; individual student assessment plans; course management plans; and other training materials. Apply in-depth knowledge and training development experience to assist training managers and other developers. Provide development support in using course authoring software products to create engaging and interactive multimedia media (IMI) content. Conduct research and use evaluation methodologies, statistical analyses, and evaluation instruments (i.e., tests and survey instruments, field feedback questionnaires, statistical measurement, and software instruments) to predict effectiveness and efficiency of training implementation, student achievement, and relevance of training/products to the operational environment. Maintain liaison and coordinate TC Proponent/School issues with governmental and Nongovernmental (local and field) technical personnel and agencies as necessary. Coordinate media elements to include films, photos, video clips, animation, and narrations in support of the distributive learning (DL) program.
