About the Position: Serves as principal advisor to the Director, Training and Doctrine Directorate as well as the G-3/5/7 and CASCOM Commander on training matters related to training integration and quality assurance for the Army Sustainment community.
Duties
Collaborate with internal and external parties to synchronize training products.
Create strategic organizational plans guiding the policy and use of educational technology including use for knowledge management.
Conduct research on training programs to ensure compliance with established regulations.
Develop updates to policies and regulatory guidance to keep organization informed of new changes.
Requirements

- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates a practical knowledge of the subject area of the position and of the methods and techniques of instruction, which includes coordinating training course programs and activities; develop plans for implementation; experience with higher headquarters initiatives; evaluate training program performance to ensure training goals are met; and experience with Army institutional training and processes. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
