Serves as the Policy and Program Specialist in Marine and Family (MF) Programs Division, Behavioral Programs Branch, Combat and Operational Stress Control Capability (COSCC) Section.

Qualifications
A Bachelor¿s (Master¿s preferred) degree from an accredited university or college in Behavioral Health, Community Health, Public Health, Social Work or a related field appropriate to the work of the position AND three years of experience, that demonstrates professional knowledge and understanding of Combat and Operational Stress Control; mental health wellness and resiliency programming; policy and program development; knowledge and understanding of a military organizational structure or that of the Marine Corps, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Practical knowledge of coordinating complex systems, communications, policy development, and program implementation. Knowledge and understanding of how stress, substance misuse, child abuse, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, suicide, and other behavioral health issues affect individuals and communities. Familiarity informing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis results for policy and program development, implementation and evaluation purposes. Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, act quickly, make adjustments, and concurrently work a mix of long term projects and immediate priorities. Demonstrated skills in verbal and written communications as well as presentation for a variety of large and small audiences. Experience using computer programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Teams and other collaboration platforms. Telework: Eligible for incremental telework as determined by MF policy.
