You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the DEPUTY CHIEF STRATEGY AND INNOVATION DIVISION of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
Duties
You will develop and administer strategic planning programs, processes, procedures, applications, and policies to ensure effective strategy formulation, implementation, enterprise alignment, performance measurement, and communication.
You will serve as Executive Sponsor for the Navy Medicine Continuous Process Improvement Advisory Board.
You will Provides recommendations to the Deputy Surgeon General and Chief of Staff on effective planning and reporting of strategy progress at Corporate Executive Board and senior leadership sessions.
You will Chair the Navy Medicine Metrics Governing Board and evaluate strategy-focused metrics, measures, and targets to develop an effective performance management system.
You will make decisions on organizational and business process improvements including delegation of authority and program controls.
You will direct executive level strategic planning sessions, annual review sessions, and strategic goal implementation teams.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating an organization's strategic plan and strategy execution as part of an internal strategic management program
Experience developing policy and integrating Continuous Process Improvement methods and programs to execute organizational strategy
Experience developing and coordinating enterprise level program metrics and managing executive level review of program effectiveness and performance improvement
Experience directing program assessment and evaluation of organizational efficiency and effectiveness and developing action plans where changes/improvements are needed
