You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OFFICE OF STRATEGY MANAGEMENT of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
Duties
You will provide recommendations and coaching to executive leadership related to strategy
development and management
You will implement and evaluate an internal strategic management program that achieves improved organizational development and performance
You will provide consultation and recommendations to senior leadership sessions to meet strategic vision and objectives
You will design and facilitate annual strategic planning sessions, and strategy implementation teams
You will evaluate and assess organizational efficiency and effectives and recommend change and improvements
You will serve as Navy Medicine lead representative on the DoD strategy Action Group
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience developing an internal strategic management program that achieves improved organizational development and performance
Experience conducting comprehensive program reviews, analysis, evaluation and assessments of organizational efficiency and effectiveness in order to recommend changes/improvements
Experience providing recommendations and coaching to executive leadership on strategy development and management
Experience facilitating strategic planning sessions, annual planning sessions, and strategy implementation teams
