You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the STRATEGY AND CHANGE MANGEMENT DIVISION of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
Duties
You will serve as a strategy consultant, educator, team facilitator and coach on matters related to strategy development and strategy execution.
You will serve as a management/program analyst and facilitator for strategic planning and program implementation at the headquarters level.
You will serve as the Strategy Management lead for strategy communication ensuring communication of the Navy Medicine strategy throughout the Navy Medicine enterprise.
You will serve as a critical link between Strategy Management and the BUMED Performance Improvement office to drive change and progress throughout Navy Medicine.
You will serve as the Navy Medicine representative for strategy and performance improvement activities in support of the Military Health System-BUMED relations
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying comprehensive knowledge of the health care environment Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Navy (DoN), federal, civilian) including changes and trends in the health care industry.
Experience applying knowledge of federal fiscal systems and processes and the military health care system hierarchy.
Experience facilitating groups or teams, Executive and Managerial level, using performance improvement and program management methods to gain consensus.
Experience applying knowledge of analytic techniques to evaluate decisions and strategic initiatives.
