You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the SUSTAINMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT DIVISION of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI.
Duties
You will establish policies and procedures, assessing workload, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining quality control.
You will independently carry out complex responsibilities and projects involving FAC program operations and construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair activities of buildings and mechanical equipment and systems.
You will formulate, review, and track budget activities.
You will oversee and ensure facility assessments are executed and automated facility maintenance management systems are accurate and consistent with requirements.
You will provide technical authoritative guidance and advice on operations, planned construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair projects concerning buildings and mechanical equipment and systems, and information on construction costs.
You will oversee and ensure the facilities maintenance life cycle and asset management programs meets higher level requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical guidance on planned construction, maintenance, alteration, and repair of buildings and asset management to ensure regulations and requirements are met.
