You will serve as an Administrative Support Specialist in the Manpower Management Branch, G-1 Department of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.

Duties
You will provide analysis of military/civilian manpower processes/systems and basic office management activities.
You will analyze and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of internal administrative personnel operations.
You will review and edit proposed regional policy and operations orders, directives, and regulations.
You will develop and maintain standard filing systems for control of the location, arrangement, access to, and use of files.
You will prepare/update organizational and functional charts and other office support/reference materials.
You will process table of organization and equipment change requests.
You will generate and process requests for personnel actions (RPAs).
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1) Analyzing civilian manpower processes and office management activities to recommend improvements to workflow; 2) Analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of internal administrative personnel operations utilizing demonstrated knowledge of civilian structure management; 3) Developing and maintaining standard filing systems; 4) Processing table of organization and equipment change requests.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
- master's or equivalent graduate degree;
- 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or
- LL.B. or J.D., if related
