About the Position: This position is located within the 404th Army Field Support Brigade, Department of Readiness Ctr, Supply & Services Division Inventory Management.
Duties
Provide customer support, directs the processes and resolves problems related to issue, turn-in, documentation, and authenticating and maintaining signature cards involving ammunition.
Establish and maintain automated stock accounting records to reflect lot number; nomenclature; unit price, weight and pack; cube; and quantity by lot as extracted from supply documents and supply references
Process paperwork for inbound shipments.
Prepare a variety of recurring and special reports such as Management/Weekly Reports.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a Tier 1 (NACI) investigation.
- This position may require the incumbent to travel (TDY ) up to 5% of the times.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education/experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized experience One year of specialized experience which includes which includes utilize computer systems for basic entries and retrieval operations; filling out supply documents or transactions; and answer requisitions status inquiries. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04).

Education: Successfully completed four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then, divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-04).
