Duties
You will planning support and subject matter expertise to planning efforts with internal and external cyber operations partners.
You will evaluate cyber operations plans, identifying cybersecurity and/or operational gaps and shortfalls, and developing potential courses of action.
You will develop operational plans for cyberspace operations.
You will ensure planning activities are integrated and synchronized with operational planning timelines and that operational planning efforts are effectively transitioned to current operations.
You will with organizational leaders and functional end-users across the organization, discussing information technology related topics, such as coordinating services or technical support for problem resolution.
Requirements

Qualifications
Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled.
(1) Experience with project planning methodologies such as Agile, DoD Joint Planning process, or the Marine Corps Planning Process.
(2) Broad knowledge of information technology and cybersecurity in order to conduct cyberspace operations planning.
(3) Ability to manage time and tasks independently upon receipt of tasking from leadership.
(4) Broad knowledge of the Marine Corps information enterprise in the strategic, operational, and tactical arenas, and related functional activities considering the operational system and technical architecture, interoperability, communication equipment interfaces, protocols, networking, expansion potential, end-to-end compatibility, and standardization to support the mission of MARFORCYBER and MCCOG.
(5) Ability to communicate ideas and technical information clearly and accurately both orally and inwriting.
This position is within the Work Category-PROFESSIONAL at Work Level-SENIOR, Series 2210 and Grade GG-13.

Education
