This position is located in Management Directorate, Talent Acquisition Stakeholder Ofc Of Human Capital and Training.
As an Executive Assistant, you will perform a variety of high-level administrative, communicative, and technical support duties to ensure HCT leadership can efficiently and effectively accomplish critical and often time-sensitive tasks and key initiatives.
Duties
Manages and monitors HCT CHCO and DCHOs schedules and calendars to ensure meetings and other events are up-to-date and arranges coverage when absent.
Act as the principal office manager, managing the executive support services to include scheduling; travel management; senior level meeting coordination, preparation, facilitation, and data analysis.
Serves as a Property Custodian, assisting with the issuance/inventory/replacement/turn-in of accountable property items for HCT staff.
Serves as the WebTA (Time and Attendance) Administrator
Creates, arranges and completes travel arrangements for CHCO and DCHCOs in concur and submits vouchers in a timely manner.
Provide confidential administrative support to the HCT Front Office staff, organizing information and documentation, and making logistical arrangements for meetings and conferences and performing a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 06/14/2024.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 06/14/2024.
GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Experience exercising independent judgment and providing direction, executive guidance, and leadership in providing effective methods to issue taskings, resolve problems, answer questions, correct deficiencies, and evaluate support to management.
Expertise coordinating travel, calendar management for executive leadership, and carrying out day-to-day administrative management and program activities.
Experience in coordinating and planning events on behalf of high-ranking officials, such as Town Halls, meet and greets, speaking engagements, etc.
