You will serve as a Resources Assistant in the Spectrum Warfare Department, Aircraft & Spectrum Integration Environments (ASIE), Platform Integration Engineering of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Duties

You will be procurement support for Integrated Product Team Engineering, Fabrication, Lab Operations, IT Systems and Networking. You will provide the acquisition of material (hardware/software) and licensing to support laboratories. You will provide the construction of a Procurement Initiation Document under guidance with appropriate attachments. You will adhere to procurement policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DG-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Adhering to policies and procedures for Contracts, Bank Card, and MILSTRIP procurements; 2) Working knowledge of contracting including the procurement of supplies and services; 3) Using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) automated financial systems to access, evaluate and review data for analysis and decision support purposes; 4) Compiling financial data for use in operational studies and systems reviews to improve financial mission performance; 5) Reviewing financial reports, documents, records data or other materials to verify completeness, correctness, consistency, compliance and authenticity of data; 6) Analyzing and evaluating data to conduct a variety of fiscal reconciliations, review and to support management decision making.
