As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-12/13, you will be part of Office of the Executive Secretariat, Privacy, and Information Management, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring the Forms and Paperwork Act (PRA) program and manage the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) program.

Evaluate current policies, processes, and procedures to gain expertise in organizational functions.
Qualifications
For the GS-13 grade level: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level (or equivalent) developing and implementing policies and procedures; evaluating existing processes and managing program areas to improve or present recommendations; and performing analysis of data to identify applicable considerations for resolutions in support of program performance. Note: Your resume must fully and clearly support this experience.
For the GS-12 grade level: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level (or equivalent) evaluating and implementing policies and procedures; evaluating existing processes to improve or present recommendations; and performing analysis of data to identify applicable considerations for resolutions in support of program performance. Note: Your resume must fully and clearly support this experience.
Merit promotion applicants must meet the time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-11 or GS-12 level respectively, is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS12/13 level.
