As a Realty Specialist (LCO), you will manage complex and high risk lease acquisition projects across the division.Location of position: PBS, San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, CAThe Real Estate Acquisition Division is responsible to assist federal agencies in accomplishing their missions by providing timely space delivery, at best value, superior workplace solutions and lease acquisition services.
We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-14 salary range for San Francisco, CA starts at $152,105 per year.
The GS-14 salary range for Los Angeles, CA starts at $142,094 per year.
The GS-14 salary range for San Diego, CA starts at $139,176 per year.
If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience must demonstrate an expert knowledge and application of Federal, commercial and/or corporate realty laws, regulations, and practices in performing one or more of the following:
(1) project management or lead responsibility for executing and completing large complex realty projects;
(2) developing and implementing program policy, guidance, or best business practices for lease acquisition; or
(3) developing, managing, administering and/or negotiating contracts for real property.
Quality Ranking Factors (QRFs): QRFs are knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) that could be expected to significantly enhance performance in a position, but are not essential for satisfactory performance. Applicants who possess such KSA's may be ranked above those who do not, but no one may be rated ineligible solely for failure to possess such KSA’s. The Quality Ranking Factor for this position is the ability to acquire and maintain a warrant, which includes formal training, experience (on the job training) and a minimum of 24 semester hours (or equivalent) of business college coursework or a bachelor’s degree.
