About the Position: This position serves as a Program Analyst (Force Modernization) for the U.S. Army Special Operations Command.

Duties

Perform a broad range of complex analytical assignments and studies in the evaluation and development of methodologies to accomplish command initiatives. Serve as Program Analyst in the Army Special Operations Force (ARSOF) Capability Managers Division, USASOC Force Modernization Center (UFMC). Implement objectives and priorities involving the integration efforts of multiple cross functional teams. Provide management oversight of the integration of equipment for the enterprise. Develop briefs and lead command doctrine, organizations, training, leader development, materiel, leader development, personnel, facilities and policy integration.

Requirements

  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
