Duties
As a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Responsible for the formulation, presentation, and defense of JECC's Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
As Division Chief, plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Division. Manages varied activities within the purview of the Programs and Contracts Division, and serves as an expert advisor for assigned areas to the J58 Director and the JECC Commander.
Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
Serve as the Acquisition Manager and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for JECC and its subordinate elements.
Ensure agreements that relate to the JECC and its subordinate elements, as well as those USTRANSCOM agreements that support JECC's portfolio, are properly tracked and managed.

- The incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Special Sensitive (Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (SCI)) security clearance.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS 14 level, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
Interfacing with military and civilian agencies/organizations for the management and direction of assigned programs and acquisition requirements, including contracting operations, and development.
Planning, directing, and integrating contract support of an agency within cost, schedule, performance and system supportability requirements.
Overseeing the support agreements process, including those memorandum of agreement, memorandum of understanding, and specific support agreements.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
