You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST within OJAG.
Duties
You will be responsible for managing projects tasks by the Program and Requirements Integration Manager related to Requirements Integration and assisting in the development of solutions related to problems with the assignments
You will conduct requirements studies; develops study objectives, plan of action and milestones, monitors accomplishments through completion of study.
You will identify and recommend ways to resolve problems or cope with issues that affect the accomplishment of the commands goals and objectives.
You will be responsible for conducting manpower studies.
You will perform or advice on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration and civilian manpower management.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Program Analyst experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience include:
1) applying law, policies, regulations, principles, standards and procedures to management and program analysis;
2) identifying and recommending ways to resolve fiscal and CIVPERS resourcing, conducting requirements and manpower studies; developing study objectives, plan of action and milestones, monitoring accomplishments through completion of study, preparing analytic reports and briefing senior leaders, assisting with drafting narratives for annual program reviews for Resource Sponsors.
3) capitalizing on opportunities and managing risks and contingencies, recognizing the implications for the organization and stakeholders;
4) identifying and analyzing problems; weighing relevance and accuracy of information; seeking/generating and evaluating alternative perspectives/solutions; making
GS-12:

3) capitalizing on opportunities and managing risks and contingencies, recognizing the implications for the organization and stakeholders; and
4) identifying and analyzing problems; weighing relevance and accuracy of information; seeking/generating and evaluating alternative perspectives/solutions; making timely/effective recommendations, based on potential implications of findings or conclusions.
