About the Position: This position is located at the U.S. Army Institute for Religious Leadership in Fort Jackson, SC.

Duties

Support the implementation of the agency's distributed Learning programs (e.g., Blackboard, ATRRS, Army Learning Management System). Monitor the effectiveness of the agency's distributed Learning programs and identify inconsistencies. Process and update official automated training records for all personnel.

GS-09 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Provide assistance in scheduling training programs for all personal; Utilize agency automated systems to monitor distributed Learning programs (e.g., Blackboard, ATRRS, Army Learning Management System); Gather statistical data to determine effectiveness of training programs; Aid in the review of training programs to ensure compliance with regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree with a major study in education or a subject area related to the position to be filled, such as education. (Note you must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages GS-7: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Provide technical assistance with agency automated systems (e.g., Blackboard, ATRRS, Army Learning Management System); Prepare and maintain weekly reports; Working knowledge of the organization's regulations, directives, and policies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). OR Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Education. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 18. Add the two percentages. For the GS-09 level: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-7). For the GS-07 level: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-6).
