Duties

Provides direct, on site management and administration of facilities and evaluates established programs and administrative procedures. Participates in the development, establishment, and implementation of operational policies related to eligibility, admission, length of stay, behavior standards for guests, cleanliness and state of repair of the facilities. Participates in the execution of policies and procedures for the scheduling of available guestrooms, check-ins, checkouts, orientation of guests upon arrival at the Fisher Houses, and collection of service fees. Conducts informal guest satisfaction surveys and works with the Fisher House Manager to improve service. Participates in the development, execution, review and analysis of the Fisher Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) Budget. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Candidate Must Posses: Two years of work experience, either paid or volunteer, that demonstrates an understanding of at least one of the following areas: facility operations and maintenance; financial management; supervision of housekeeping and other maintenance staff; recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers; guest relations; and marketing. A two-year hospitality related associated degree or certification as CLM (Certified Lodging Manager) may be substituted for the two years of work experience. Education
