Duties
Serve as a Service Team Representative to one of the three service aligned branches in support of the agency's sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) program.
Work in a multifunctional team environment to accomplish special interest tasks or projects and provides accompanying administrative support and products.
Responsible for performing logistical, statistical, and financial analysis, operational reviews, review of service contingency and operational plans, and developing solutions in support of the agency's customers.
Identify and solve problems related to the work assignment that includes developing new methods, approaches, or procedures.
Responsible for providing interface with the Agency's Offices and Commands for petroleum activities on all matters pertaining to the execution of the SRM program and program goals.
Participate with the agency in meetings to discuss strategies, and forward progress toward execution of established goals and to review processes and procedures to ensure standardization of the SRM program.
Analyze results of evaluations and prepares proposed responses, corrective actions, and proposed program changes.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and practices in identifying and evaluating cause and effect relationships to solve complex problems for the organization.
Comprehensive, intensive, practical knowledge in logistical management of programs, including knowledge of the laws regulations and precedents governing the occupation.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
