You will serve as a OPSEC PROGRAM MANAGER for the United States Marine Corps, Deputy Commandant for Operations (DC PP&O) at the Marine Corps Information Operations Center, Marine Corps Base Quantico Virginia.

Duties
You will supervise a highly trained and motivated team of Operations Security professionals in the development of analytical methodologies used to determine the effectiveness of OPSEC orders, policies, programs, and plans.
You will provide subject matter expertise in the development of Marine Corps OPSEC orders, policies, programs, and plans in support of HQMC, PP and O, OPSEC Division.
You will supervise the construction of Own Force Signature Analysis (OFSA) and Threat Vulnerability Analysis (TVA) plans in support of OPSEC Surveys and Assessments of designated MC Units, Bases Stations, Exercises and Operations.
You will Plan, Execute and Lead OPSEC surveys and assessments.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final Top Secret SCI security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- TAD travel will be required 50% or less of the time.
- This position may require shift work and overtime.
- This position may require an uncommon tour of duty.
- This position requires a one year supervisory probationary period.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Demonstrating knowledge of the principles, methods, and tools used for risk assessment and mitigation, including assessment of failures and their consequences.
