About the Position: Serves as technical expert in conducting management manpower studies, organizational mission and function studies, and special management studies for the Assistant Secretary of Army, Manpower and Reserve Affairs.

Duties

Provide technical guidance and expertise to a multi-functional team engaged in the conduct of manpower and organizational evaluations. Serve as technical person and team leader in conducting manpower workload and organizational analysis studies to include quick response studies for the organization's leadership. Interpret and promulgate policies and doctrinal regulations related to management functions, programs, and methodologies such as organization study, management study, efficiency review, and requirements determination. Provide guidance and assistance to the organization's Commands, installations, and other customers.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • You may be expected to travel up to 25% for this position.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • One-year trial/probationary period maybe required.
  • This position is obligated.
