Duties
The selectee will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of Investigations. Typical work assignments include:
Analyzing business processes and evaluating individual operations and functions to recommend necessary updates to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and/or management practices which impact the investigative mission.
Managing specific application quality assurance activities including the tracking of customer feedback and change requests to ensure their timely resolution.
Drafting and presenting findings to key internal and external stakeholders.
Working as a project manager, planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict guidelines and within budget.
Participating in special and ad-hoc projects, working groups, and/or task forces of a diverse and complex nature.
Qualifications
Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the Specialized Experience requirements as noted below
You qualify for the GS-14 level (starting salary $139,395.00) if you possess one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:
Analyzing program effectiveness through qualitative and quantitative methods;
Utilizing Structured Query Languages (SQL) to collect, compile, analyze, forecast, and/or report operational data and trends; and
Implementing program management techniques to direct attainment of mission critical goals and objectives.
