You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Warfare Resources and Requirements Directorate (N8) of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC.
Duties
You will assist with the development of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES).
You will support the Undersea Enterprise governance structure in achieving the effective and efficient generation of combat power.
You will manage the Commander Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC) unfunded requirements validation and funding allocation process.
You will assist with the management of numerous COMSUBPAC specialized funding programs to ensure proper alignment of resources to requirements.
You will assist with management and coordination of undersea Force innovation projects and contract management oversight.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing program objective requirements to make recommendations and support the planning, programming, budgeting and execution systems (PPBES) to ensure operational readiness.
