You will serve as a CYBER PLANS & ANALYSIS OFFICER in the COMMAND AND CONTROL COMMUNICATIONS AND CYBER (C4) OPERATIONS DIVISION of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will lead the integration of C4 operations into multi-domain crisis action plans and steady-state plans.
You will recommend new or modified policies or processes as needed.
You will serve as a SME, performing research, cataloging, designing, documenting, coordinating, analyzing and assessing policy, concept of operations; information about C4 capabilities; tactics, techniques, procedures, and other guidance documents.
You will conduct comprehensive analysis with objectives to improve C4 cyberspace planning programs, processes, and supporting systems through increased effectiveness, economy and efficiency of operations, and determine associated requirements.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
GS-13 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a variety of DoD Command and Control Communications and Cyber (C4) systems and technology; 2) Developing, coordinating and executing policy and guidance on strategic or operational military plans; 3) Coordinating with operational personnel by identifying needs and capabilities and translating them into automated standard specifications; and 4) Training and educating staff on command theater strategic and operational plans and supporting C4 architectures.
GS-12 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting with managing a variety of DoD Command and Control Communications and Cyber (C4) systems and technology; 2) Researching information to assist with the development of policy and guidance on strategic or operational military plans; 3) Coordinating with operational personnel by identifying needs and capabilities and translating them into automated standard specifications; and 4) Applying knowledge on theater strategic and operational plans and supporting C4 architectures.
