You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Duties
You will analyze proposed plans or program policies to identify data that disclose trends, situations, deviations, or problems
You will prepare written reports from analysis of financial databases
You will write project reports or executive briefing packages of project or study documentation.

- Most compete Level B COR Training for DoD Standard Certification within 6 months of employment and maintain competencies and training certification
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Serves as Contract Officer Representative for Electronic Military Personnel Records System contract support; 2) Provides research, analysis, and evaluation of performance and quality aspects of assigned contracts; 3) Conducts contract performance reviews to ensure quality assurance concerning the contract terms, conditions, and specifications; 4) Maintains official contract file with modifications and correspondence as required
